Clean it with a cloth slightly moistened with water while rubbing it in a counter-clockwise circular motion. If water is not effective, you can add a little dish soap.
The hat can be wet without any problems, when it dries it remains the same.
If it rains and gets wet, there is no problem. It will dry afterwards and be as it was before.
